Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb chicken breast (cut into chunks)
  • 1 stalk lemongrass (finely chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • ΒΌ cup peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon chili paste
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, lemongrass, garlic, and chili paste. Add chicken chunks and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  • Prepare the Peanut Sauce: In a separate bowl, mix peanut butter, soy sauce, and a splash of water until smooth. Set aside.
  • Skewer the Chicken: Thread marinated chicken pieces onto skewers.
  • Grill the Skewers: Heat a grill or grill pan over medium heat. Grill the chicken skewers for 7-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until charred and fully cooked.
  • Serve and Garnish: Arrange skewers on a plate, drizzle with peanut sauce, and garnish with fresh cilantro.
