Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz (340g) fettuccine pasta
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cooked chicken breasts, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Instructions
 

  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook fettuccine until al dente, as per package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  • Pour in the heavy cream, stirring constantly. Let it simmer for 2–3 minutes.
  • Gradually whisk in Parmesan cheese until fully melted and the sauce is smooth.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add sliced chicken and stir to combine.
  • Add the cooked fettuccine to the skillet, tossing to coat the pasta in the creamy sauce.
  • Serve immediately, garnished with parsley and additional Parmesan, if desired.
